 | Category:Dance Productions - Platform for Emerging ChoreographersDate / Time:2008.2.16 - 17 ( )Emerging Choreographers Series: Danzzzzzling aims to encourage collaboration between dance artists in pursuit of creative synergies. Proposals from dance artists and dance groups were subjected to a meticulous selection process and five collaborative combinations were eventually chosen to create and present a short dance piece.
The strong team of advisors and mentors, including Artistic Advisor Willy TSAO and Mentors Francis LEUNG, Victor MA, MUI Cheuk Yin, Yuri NG, Daniel YEUNG and YEUNG Wai-mei, offered invaluable advice and guidance to these emerging choreographers over the course of their creative process.
Five pieces of new choreography were presented on 16-17 February 2008 at the Theatre, Sheung Wan Civic Centre:
